AltiGen Releases MaxMobile for Blackberry

August 3rd, 2010

MaxMobile BlackBerry is now available for download!

The challenge for business owners and IT management alike is how to leverage mobile phones to improve business communications – and retain important PBX functionality without driving costs through the roof.

MaxMobile finally delivers on the promise of converged communications. As the industry’s first true mobile PBX solution, MaxMobile provides a suite of applications to extend complete business PBX functionality to smart phone devices. Unlike the 1st generation products which used a low level web client, MaxMobile applications were designed to natively run on each of the popular smart phone platforms – including iPhone, BlackBerry, Google Android, and (soon) Windows Mobile – taking full advantage of their respective capabilities with a familiar, intuitive user interface.

With a simple one click log in MaxMobile registers the smart phone as the business PBX extension and dynamically redirects all PBX extension calls to the mobile phone – completely transparent to the calling party. Outbound calls can be directed through the PBX or connected directly via the cellular network. Offering all critical PBX functionality, integrated with advanced smart phone features, MaxMobile converges all business and mobile communications on a single device.

With MaxMobile employees are not only more productive, they’ll never miss an important call again. Businesses further benefit from reduced telecom costs, greater control of mobile expenses, elimination of the cost of desktop phones and simplified system management.

The following Blackberry devices have been tested and are supported:
Curve 8520, 8310, 8900
Storm 9530
Storm 2 9550
Bold 9700

Last few days for Microsoft Big Easy Rebate Program

June 23rd, 2010

We are down to the last few days where you can earn a rebate on Microsoft licensing purchases. We utilize this promotion often to help pay for Professional Services on Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects. The rebates can be very substantial, for example but 20 seats of Microsoft CRM and receive a $3400 rebate. If you add another qualifying product (SQL Server, Exchange Server, Office, etc.) the rebate increases significantly.

Big Easy Details:

For every qualifying product you purchase, Microsoft pays you partner subsidy funds that can be used with a Microsoft Partner of your choice to help with the implementation of your Microsoft solution including software, hardware and services.

What is a Subsidy?
A subsidy is a check made payable to the Microsoft partner of your choice. This subsidy can be used to enrich and implement your Microsoft solution. The subsidy allows you to purchase additional products or services from the Microsoft partner of your choice thus lowering your Total Cost of Ownership.

You can increase your subsidy by choosing:

  • Products from more than one product group.
